Crescent Towing-New Orleans is proud to be the first tugboat and mooring service provider to offer online ordering. In addition to placing orders from our online portal, vessel agents enjoy the ability to easily track the progress of their active jobs in real-time, and can even sign-up for instant text and email notifications when the dispatch receives their order, tugs are assigned to their job, the job begins, and the job finishes. Agents are also able to retrieve their 90-day job history by accessing their individual CooperWork account.
